President
Charles Lee Khoon [President's Welcome] Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Civil Engineering 1982
Charles is an entrepreneur, an avid angler, and he loves food, ‘sic’ mutton soup. He is a realist who sees the world as it is and enjoy dealing with it accordingly. Charles is the Managing Director of Improtech Pte Ltd, a specialist in soft soil engineering; so if you want to know about soil movements and the effects of anything below your feet, come and look up the Sandman.
Vice President
Andrew Lim Hock Chye[email] Master of Education (Leadership, Policy and Change) 2005
Andrew Lim is a is a story-teller and a seafarer. He uses storytelling to frame the context, share his experiences and to entertain. Part of his current field of work is to generate scenarios to give a glimpse of the future landscape. Commissioned as a Naval Combat Officer in the Republic of Singapore Navy, he has served various shore and shipboard appointments.

Jeff Chew[email] Bachelor of Arts (Communications) 2001
Jeff Chew is a bubbly-energetic guy who has served various posts in the MUAAS committee since 2002, including Vice President. He is a practising Certified Financial Planner with Great Eastern Life and has been a proud member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table MDRT since 2003. Jeff, a book and movie junkie, loves meeting people and takes interest in all things meaningful.

John Quah[email] Bachelor of Business (Business Administration) 2000
John Quah loves the Australian Outback and was glad that he studied in Australia. He sees the world as a global village and believes that the pace of globilisation has a great effect on his passion for good food. He is the Marketing/PR Manager with Stuart Anderson - Black Angus (Asia) Pte Ltd. When not at work or writing minutes or sorting out the agenda of MUAAS meeting, John can be found at the Braddell Heights Community Club (PAYM) where he served as the Vice-Chairman of the Youth Executive Committee.

Dorothy Tan[email] Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies 2006
Dorothy Tan is the happy mother of Singapore's first quintuplets in 1997. She majors in Early Childhood Studies and sees children as one of the greatest blessings from God. Dorothy is currently on a one year sabbatical from work to spend time caring for and developing her children. She enjoys fitness, sports and travelling.

Winnie Tan Hui Lee[email] Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies 2005
Winnie Tan is a creative and energetic individual with a vision of providing the best curriculum and environment for early childhood development. She believes that the ideal environment for a child to develop is by creating conducive conditions to stimulate the dynamics of nature and nurture interplay. Winnie is the Managing Director of C-nergy Group Pte Ltd, which operates six centres, providing infant care, child care and student care services in Singapore.

Romil Singh[email] Master of Business (Banking & Finance) 2006
Romil is a charmer hailing from New Delhi, India, and a healer of broken hearts. As a charmer, he has never been bitten before and we dare anyone who loves to try her luck (no “he” please). He's a Singapore Permanent Resident who delves into the market place each day to decide how to organize the factors of philosophical assumptions, substantial proposition, methodical framing and above all else pragmatism. A Financial Analyst with a local investment establishment, off work you can find him laying back by the quay over a bottle of beer, telling himself “it has been yet another EASY day!”.
Sports Officer
Donald Teo[email] Bachelor of Business (Economics) 1995
Donald Teo is the “Player” who can help “Angel” with a “Bailout” in a “Bear Market”. He operates like a military strategist, sensing the right signals and filtering large quantity of data into usable information before embarking on a speculative operation. Besides trading his time “Over-The-Counter” as an Equity Dealer, the other part of the day is spent with his wife and his newborn baby girl. Donald is also the MUAAS Coordinator for the TeamMonash at the annual Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon.

Byron Wee[email] Bachelor of Business/Computing 2001, Master of Business Systems 2003
A guy who listens and follows the beat of a different drum. After graduating from Monash, he worked in Melbourne before leaving for China to experience its culture and dynamism. While there, he helped companies transform and adapt to globalisation, tapping on advances of the Internet. MUAAS is too glad to have him on-board, engaging our members through the social webscape. As we speak, this energetic and innovative Monashian is listening to yet another different drumbeat ... “ra-ta-ta-ta-ta” ... “tata”?

Victor is the Managing Director of Core Concepts, a healthcare services group and Executive Director of Human Principles, a sports medicine/exercise science education provider.

An IT Wiz who makes things happen and a professional photographer who sees things through different lens. He is a creative individual who always challenges the status quo while devoted much of his energy helping youth to explore the power and efficiency of Internet technology. Through his camera he captures the essence of each moments, etching the lasting images into memories we'll cherish forever.
Zulnizam Kamaron[email] Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) 2000 & Master of Risk Management 2004
If you like Van Diesel, you will like Zulnizam Kamaron. If you are lucky, you can catch Zul executing wakeboarding stunts off the coast during the weekends, ah-but-then do note that his stunts were executed with calculated risk! At other times, Zul is also a performing guitarist, an interest that falls outside his risk spectrum. But never ask him to play a guitar and wakeboard at the same time, this should best be left to Van Diesel. Zul is the Assistant Vice-President of an offshore bank and also a part time lecturer with the TMC Educational Group.
