Celebrating Australian Day weekend on IMPULSE!

MUAAS arranged a sailing trip on-board the 30-footer Maxi 100 yacht IMPULSE for the Australian Day weekend!

Berthed at Keppel Marina, we set sail early in the morning, chilling out on the lovely sunny day with a cool breeze blowing.

Sailing to west to Pasir Panjang and around the southern island, each took turns at helming. Guided by an experienced professional sailing crew member and a senior Navy officer as Officer of the Watch, all "recruits" were duely tested and passed with flying colours. Their reward - grilled chicken, sandwiches and soft drinks for lunch :)

Afternoon was spent cruising past the new Marina Bay area and Marine Parade before heading back to shore for the customary Aussie Day barbie (BBQ).
